Late CA C.H. Padliya (1927 - 2008) was the founder of our esteemed firm. After completing his graduation and articleship from Mumbai, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1949 in his first appearance. He laid the roots of this firm in 1950 in the city of Indore. C.H. Padliya & Co. is credited as being amongst the first five Chartered Accountancy firm's of the city of Indore.
CA C.H. Padliya was a person of remarkable discipline and perseverance. He laid down the foundational practices and ethical policies which resonate in every professional attached with the firm, whether in the present or in the past. In a career spanning 58 years, he had acclaimed proficiency in the areas of accountancy, taxation, auditing, business consultancy, and services to charitable and non-profit institutions. Under his leadership, the firm experienced exponential growth and he left an indelible legacy that inspires us all.
In addition to his professional pursuits, CA C.H. Padliya was also very actively associated with NGO's and trust's working towards social welfare as a trustee.
A certificate of honor was issued by the apex body of the Chartered Accountant Profession i.e. I.C.A.I recognizing his active involvement in the profession for continuous period of fifty years.
His contributions were also acknowledged by several organisations, including the Nagar Palika Nigam of Pratabgarh, Humar Yuva Manch of Mumbai, Humar Samaj of Indore and the Indore Branch of CIRC of ICAI for his contributions. To recognise his contributions to his field, a classroom in the building of Indore Branch of CIRC of ICAI has been dedicated in his name.
